We are seeking a Lead Installer Trainee to become a part of our team! You will assist with the measure, installation, and repair of different types of Window Blinds, Shades, Shutters, and Draperies. You will have an opportunity to advance and grow to Lead installer or Head installer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of various types of Window Coverings.
• Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, constructions or other related fields
• Familiarity with basic power tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to climb ladders
