As a global agency specializing in event management and marketing, we blend creativity, strategy, and innovation to deliver experiences that leave a lasting impression About the Role We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our Austin team and support the planning and execution of events from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, assist with on-site operations, and ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the events industry. Responsibilities * Assist in the coordination and execution of events from initial planning through completion * Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations * Organize and manage event materials, equipment, and supplies * Coordinate guest check-in, registration, and attendee assistance Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude * Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
