Terra Turf Landscaping Management, Inc. is a twenty-five-year-old industry-leading residential lawn, landscaping, and outdoor living company located in Plano, Texas. We are currently looking for an office manager to perform the daily duties of an established company with a strong client base. Job duties could include handling client calls during normal business hours, scheduling services, updating client payment information, resolving billing issues, dispatching work crews as needed, resolving service issues, interacting with crews to assign scope of work on projects, pre-ordering materials for upcoming projects, responding to client emails/texts, assisting with project estimates, process payroll, and researching product costs. Preference will be given to candidates who speak English and Spanish, have a knowledge of Quick Books, have used Service Auto Pilot, and have previously worked in sales or office management in the industry. When the person filling the position determines that an assistant is needed, one will be hired/provided. Our office is conveniently located off the DNT and Parker Road. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Annual salary begins at $45k with bonus opportunities. Employees receive two weeks of vacation during Christmas each year.
