Snelling Staffing San Antonio is accepting applications for a dedicated Pallet Jack Operator to join a fast-paced production environment. This role involves managing palletizing operations, ensuring equipment maintenance, and supporting smooth workflow processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

PALLET JACK OPERATOR DUTIES:

• Manually stack products from conveyors and shrink-wrap pallets for storage
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to transport stacked pallets to designated areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Keep accurate counts of finished products
• Follow all safety protocols, food regulations, and quality requirements
• Report any equipment misuse, safety concerns, or rule violations to supervisors
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision

PALLET JACK OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification in pallet jack operation is an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read labels, numbers, and perform basic math
• Comfortable working in high-speed, physically demanding, temperature varying environments
• Ability to bend, stoop, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
