Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO

•A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
•Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
•Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
•Learn to operate the Host Stand
•Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
•Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
•Process all payment methods
•Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
•Perform other duties as assigned

•A Busperson will have an outgoing and social personality
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
•A willingness to learn and move into the server role
•Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure
•A team-player mindset
•Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs.
