Associate Recruiter (Contract)
About the Role

Ariat is seeking a versatile full cycle contract Recruiter to present the company as an "employer of choice" to top talent. The contract Associate Recruiter will partner with the talent acquisition team to help attract A+ team members to our growing business.
The contract Associate Recruiter will primarily support posting jobs, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and dispositioning candidates for contingent, distribution center, and corporate positions.
Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at either our Haslet, TX or Denton, TX locations. Remote work options are not available for this position. Candidates should consider their ability to commute to one of these locations when applying.
You'll Make a Difference By
- Posting and editing jobs across job boards including Ariat's careers webpage/ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Reaching out to candidates using Ariat's pre-screen questionnaire and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate interviewing process, maintaining relationships with active candidates, moving all selected candidates through the interview process, extending offers, onboarding new hires, dispositioning candidates, and closing filled positions
- Serving as on-site HR representative for in-person interviews
- Working with agencies to support contingent recruiting process including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding
- Maintaining regular, clear, and timely communication with hiring managers, candidates, HR team members and cross-functional partners
- Facilitating internal transfers and promotions
- Capturing detailed screening notes and tracking recruiting activities as well as updating recruiting reports
- Other duties as assigned
About You
- 1-2 years of full-cycle high volume recruiting or recruiting coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in retail/wholesale, apparel/footwear, or consumer goods industry a plus
- Experience posting jobs through an ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Super scheduler of phone/video/on-site interviews (experience utilizing a scheduling platform a plus) across various time zones
- Efficient screener/interviewer who can capture detailed notes
- Experience using an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus)
- Experience updating recruiting activity reports
- Ability to work collaboratively to maintain relationships with recruiting partners and agencies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team through cross-functional collaboration
- Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to convey Ariat's culture with passion and enthusiasm to potential new team members
- Working knowledge of employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills for organizing and completing multiple projects in a timely manner
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

The salary range for this position is $27.00 - 32.00 per hour.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance options and 401k.
