Job Description

Perform lab sampling and product evaluations -
Keep accurate records of all test results

Follow lab procedures and quality standards

Use lab equipment safely and properly

Maintain clean and organized lab workspace
-
May require physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)

Support production by providing timely test results
-
Work closely with QA team and production staff
-
Test products and ingredients for:
-
pH
-
Brix
-
Turbidity
-
Methanol
-
Sensory evaluation
