Accounting Analyst - A/R and Revenue

We are currently seeking an Accountant Analyst to join our finance team at our corporate location in Humble, TX facility.

Position Overview:

The Accounting Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records while supporting strategic financial planning and compliance.

The role includes oversight of daily revenue cycle accounting operations, month-end close processes, and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle billing process including Sales Orders/Quotes/ Customer PO’s/Invoicing.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of monthly treasury operations, cash journal entries and assist with related general ledger close process.
• Oversee the activities of the accounts receivable department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations, including proper documentation (e.g., quotes, work orders, approvals and receipts).
• Collect and prepare supporting documentation for annual audits (invoices, contracts, statements).
• Oversee accounts receivable transactions processed by the Shared Services Center.
• Assist in customer invoicing and submission through AeroXchange.
• Support bank reconciliations and align AR transactions.
• Investigate and resolve customer reconciliation discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration) required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred, particularly in AR collections and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
