Restaurant Manager | Full-Service | High-Volume | NEW LOCATION

What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift
- Support the GM in running daily operations — opening and closing, scheduling, floor presence, and ambiance
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams through training, feedback, and a culture worth buying into
- Drive food quality, presentation, and cleanliness to the highest standard on every cover
- Support sales initiatives and help grow average check performance
- Manage labor, inventory, and expenses to hit financial targets
- Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
What You Bring
- 2+ years of salaried management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
- Strong floor presence and the interpersonal skills to lead at every level
- Professional demeanor with a guest-first instinct
- Solid organizational skills and composure when the pace picks up
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
