Regional Manager

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all regional activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers, project professionals, technical staff, and administrative personnel to build high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across the region.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and employee development planning to support professional growth.
- Oversee regional operations, including staffing, resource allocation, equipment management, and office administration.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness and profitability.
- Manage budgets and expenses, and proactively plan for future growth and resource needs.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients and strategic partners, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Support sales, marketing, and growth initiatives within the region.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and peers to support company-wide objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive professional experience in a related industry.
- Minimum of three years of direct management experience leading teams, departments, or business units.
- Demonstrated success in developing employees, managing performance, and building high-performing teams.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to build trust with employees, clients, and executive leadership.
- Ability to travel as needed and work in both office and field environments.
