Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across the region.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and employee development planning to support professional growth.
• Oversee regional operations, including staffing, resource allocation, equipment management, and office administration.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness and profitability.
• Manage budgets and expenses, and proactively plan for future growth and resource needs.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients and strategic partners, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Support sales, marketing, and growth initiatives within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive professional experience in a related industry.
• Minimum of three years of direct management experience leading teams, departments, or business units.
• Demonstrated success in developing employees, managing performance, and building high-performing teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and operational responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
