Salesforce AI / Einstein Developer

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing sales performance management solutions using SAP Commissions on SAP S/4HANA. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be a key player in consolidating multiple existing systems into a unified platform.

• Configure workflows and processes within SAP Commissions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead reporting efforts to ensure accurate data insights.
• Conduct functional and business analysis to identify and implement optimal solutions.
• Lead change management initiatives, including training and onboarding for end-users.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of offshore developers, managing deliverables and timelines.
• Partner with multiple teams across different lines of business to ensure project alignment and success.
• Participate in the design and execution of future-state solutions during the discovery and implementation phases.
• Oversee the consolidation of legacy systems into a single SAP-based platform.
• Develop and maintain API integrations to enhance system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with configuration management best practices.

• Extensive experience with SAP Commissions, including hands-on configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage offshore developers effectively.
• Expertise in business requirement documentation and functional analysis.
• Familiarity with API development and client-side scripting.
• Experience with Salesforce development is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
