OverviewJoin a team that values service, collaboration, and growth. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to both internal and external clients. This role is all about making a difference—helping clients, supporting your team, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
How you'll make an impact- Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth workflows and client satisfaction.
- Create essential documents like certificates and reports, assist with branch processes, and support the production team.
- Directly contribute to client retention and satisfaction, while also enhancing Gallagher’s reputation for excellence.
Required :
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred :
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.
Behaviors :

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
