Route Service Representative - Alice TX

Brite Star Uniforms is seeking Route Service Representatives (RSR) to join our growing team. We are the leading independent uniform rental company in South Texas providing uniform, linen, and floor mat programs that are serviced weekly.

The RSR will be responsible for delivering, servicing, and managing accounts receiving these services to existing customers on established routes. This is a Mon-Fri position and is ideal for persons who value quality time with their family.


Being a significant member of our service team, a RSR will play an important part in giving our customers the excellent service that makes us successful. The ideal candidate is independent, reliable, loves working with people on a daily basis, and is driven to provide the best customer experience possible.

Qualifications for Route Service Representative:

A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills
A reliable work experience
Ability to perform heavy lifting and meet the physical requirements of the position
High School Diploma or GED
Good driving record
Pass Required Drug Test
