Customer Operations - Digital Marketing Analyst
Position Overview
Support customer operations and core recruiting workflows while contributing to digital marketing, brand visibility, and social media engagement. This role blends operational analytics, executive support, and digital execution to strengthen internal processes, enhance candidate and client experience, and elevate the firm’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Customer Operations Support:
- Monitor daily recruiting activity, including interviews conducted, feedback status, and recruiter follow-up.
- Partner with recruiters to collect interview feedback and provide concise daily updates to senior leadership.
- Post new job openings across internal systems and external channels, including the company website and job boards.
- Prepare and distribute cleaned, candidate-ready job descriptions to recruiters and account managers.
- Maintain accurate job and candidate data across ATS/CRM systems.
Executive & Business Operations:
- Serve as an analyst and operational partner to senior leadership, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and aligning priorities.
- Track executive deliverables, prepare meeting materials and decks, document action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Support cross-functional communication while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
HR Operations & Contractor Support:
- Oversee weekly contractor time tracking and compliance, including monitoring logged hours and following up with contractors as needed.
- Coordinate with payroll and escalate issues when required, providing clear status updates.
- Manage onboarding documentation, offer letters, and employment records for contract placements.
- Serve as a point of contact for contractors regarding onboarding, documentation, and payroll-related questions.
Performance Reporting & Weekly Metrics:
- Produce weekly recruiter performance summaries for leadership, including:
- InMail activity
- Candidate submissions
- Active job assignments per recruiter
- Generate operational and recruiting reports to support strategic decision-making and resource planning.
Digital Marketing & Brand Support:
- Create and manage branded content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Support social media scheduling and engagement to promote roles, company updates, and employer branding.
- Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with recruiting and business objectives.
- Track engagement metrics and insights to inform content and outreach strategy.
Process Improvement & Special Projects:
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting, operational, and digital workflows.
- Support vendor onboarding processes, including documentation tracking, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on vendor and operational initiatives.
