Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance workers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
• Oversee daily maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.
• Implement best practices to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
• Report progress and any issues to management, offering solutions as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance (required).
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, plant health, irrigation systems, and general maintenance techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, irrigation, and plant health.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in landscape maintenance operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling outdoors in varying environments.

Compensation

$19.00 – $26.00 per hour
