Position Overview

The Peripheral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory of Houston N to Lufkin. This role involves strategic account management, relationship building with key healthcare professionals, effective territory planning, and promoting innovative health solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare technology and a desire to make a tangible impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on the use of health solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and clean driving history.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and current market dynamics.
• Case coverage experience (there is no on call for this role), ASC/OBL and Hospital sales experience selling in the medical device space.
• Proven track record of success.

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management in the medical device sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
• Peripheral vascular experience is required for a higher base salary offer.
