Note: Candidates must have 5+ years of directly relevant plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal experience and be able to support a case from intake through trial on both the treatment and litigation sides.

Job Description
- Support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial
- Manage case progression across both the treatment and litigation sides
- Assist with intake, records collection, medical chronologies, and case file organization
- Coordinate discovery, document production, and litigation support throughout the life of the case
- Draft and prepare routine pleadings, correspondence, and case materials
- Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and outside parties to keep files moving
- Help prepare attorneys and clients for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
- Track deadlines, case status, and next steps to ensure matters stay on pace
- Work closely with attorneys in a high-volume plaintiff trial environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong experience supporting cases from intake through trial
- Comfortable with both treatment-side and litigation-side case work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload
- Strong communication skills and follow-through
- Spanish-speaking bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Must have a strong work ethic and comfort in a demanding plaintiff-side practice
