Interim Treasury & Capital Optimization Manager (Approx. 3-Month Engagement)
Vaco is partnering with a San Antonio-based client seeking an experienced Treasury & Capital Optimization Manager for an interim engagement expected to last approximately three months.
This individual will play a key role in supporting the VP of Finance and driving initiatives related to treasury operations, cash flow optimization, working capital management, and capital planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
- Debt management and FX exposure analysis
- CAPEX budgeting, governance, and investment analysis
- SG&A forecasting, reporting, and cost management
- Financial reporting and executive-level business partnering
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other business leaders
Qualified candidates will have experience in:
- Treasury operations and cash management
- Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Working capital improvement initiatives
- CAPEX planning and financial analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
- Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments preferred
Location: San Antonio, TX
