The In Home Sales Consultant plays a vital role within the sales team, focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through direct engagement within customers' homes. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role centers on closing sales effectively, presenting products confidently and adapting to customer needs to drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Close sales to new and existing customers through in-home consultations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Present product knowledge clearly and persuasively to customers
- Adapt sales techniques to meet the unique needs of each customer
- Communicate effectively to negotiate and finalize sales agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Adaptability to diverse customer needs and situations
