Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic EZGo Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with the best car selling experience possible. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their car sale, guiding them through our unique process, and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with the sale of their car.
• Conduct a walk-through of our platform to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Handle transactions accurately, ensuring customer payout procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized work environment, keeping yourspace neat and appealing.
• Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change to customers.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, offering guidance and support in their roles.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls, addressing questions effectively.
• Actively engage in customer sales activities, explaining the benefits of our platform, and providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance customer interactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service and retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
