Summary

We are hiring a Clinical Director - RN with Home Health experience in Dallas.

Salary: $82,000 to $88,000 per year

Responsibilities

The Home Health Clinical Director (RN) oversees and directs patient care operations under the guidance of the Home Health Executive Director.

• Coordinate and complete projects to support company objectives
• Manage patient referrals, care planning, and supervision of home health care
• Implement and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, agency policies, and goals
• Enhance agency profitability and ensure quality of services

Education and Experience

License Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Texas if the Clinical Director is an RN
• Applicable license if in another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP)
• Compliance with CMS and state supervision regulations
• CPR certification
• Minimum one year supervisory/management experience in home health or related healthcare setting (preferred)
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to transportation

Additional Requirements for Texas

• At least one year of RN experience within the last 36 months
