How you'll make an impactJOB DESCRIPTION
- Employment Status: Full Time
- Job Locations: Brownsville
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday (schedule may vary)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Adjuster support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain general filing for all closed files
- Stamp all mail received, note on GA (PULSE), scanning to shared drive, and forward the documents to handling adjuster
- Review all faxes, placed on a shared drive, note on GA (PULSE), and forward to handling adjuster
- Assist on creating acknowledgment letters
- Sending out Certified – Mail and noting on system
- Assist company to create a paperless environment
- Mail- out checks to correct address
- Responsible of maintain storage room clean and organized
- Responsible for assisting customers on the Resolution line, answering questions and directing calls.
- Transcribe written versions of audio recorded statements
- Track and process each demand received and responded
- Process and update monthly ISO reporting
- High School Diploma Required
- Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Computer skills (Word/ Excel)
Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.
Preferred: Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word. Behaviors: Good verbal communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.Compensation and benefits
