- Serving as a mentor to K-8 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways—students advance at their individual pace while you facilitate discovery
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
- Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—support students in recognizing their strengths and passions
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven public speaking abilities with demonstrated capacity to captivate and energize audiences
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students from K-8th grade
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working in-person at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus
