Position Summary : Wilks Brothers is currently looking for an Accounting Processor in Cisco, TX to produce accurate financial information through data collection, communication, accounts payable and receivable entry, reconciliation, and analysis.

Key Roles / Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and reconcile vendor statements.


• Create accounts receivable invoices and collect customer payments.


• Complete deposit operations and track daily electronic banking activity.


• Communicate with vendors, customers, and credit cardholders.


• Maintain historical records through document scanning and filing.


• Reconcile intercompany accounts.


• Analyze data to ensure accurate and complete financial records.


• Assist with month-end close, collect data, and prepare schedules.


• Provide financial support to senior level accounting staff.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Able to read, speak and write English.


• High school graduate or equivalent.


• Accounting Processor or similar role with 1-2 years’ experience, and/or accounting coursework.


• Participates in professional development activities.


• Attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft applications.


• Sensitive to confidential information.


• Work independently and with a team.

Working Conditions :

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.


• Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.


• Moves throughout the building to access files.


• Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.


• Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.


• Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.


• Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
