Job Purpose

• Assists in the inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, inventory audits and adjustments. Contact with Warehouse related functions in the service center

• Assists in all warehouse duties to pick, pack and store products, use various material handling equipment to facilitate these tasks

• Loads and unloads trucks according to established safety and operating procedures

• Assists in the preparation of shipments by staging, counting, documenting, and packaging materials for safe transport

• Distributes received shipments by delivering materials to requestor. Process paperwork to record transactions

• Assist in physically locating materials

• Assists with SAP inventory record maintenance by weighing materials, measuring materials, and creating and attaching identifying equipment tags

• Assists in customer audits and cycle counts to support inventory control activities

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education, if candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension assessment in the pre-employment process.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate proficiency of math skills
• Knowledge/ use of tools, equipment and techniques
