- Manage one or multiple projects start to finish
- Manage multiple Sub-contractors for each position
- Build Estimates
- Manage Schedule
- Manage relationship with Owners
Requirements for Construction - Senior Project Manager:
- Prior General Construction Project Management experience
- Pass Federal Background Check
- Prior Military Construction Project experience
- Ability to travel 0 to 50%
