Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with families, doctors, and community partners to assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress.
Empower Through Coaching: Implement the Coaching Model, empowering families to take an active role in their child's development and integrate interventions into daily life.
Provide Compassionate Care: Utilize Trauma-Informed Care principles to create a safe and supportive environment for families.
Flexible Service Delivery: Connect with families through a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth services, providing support in their natural environments.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Clinical Expertise: A Master's degree in Speech Therapy and a current Texas license.
Passion for Early Intervention: Knowledge of and experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental needs.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work sensitively with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Bilingual Skills (Preferred): Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish.
Your Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Therapy.
Current license to practice speech therapy in Texas.
Valid Texas driver's license.
