Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee labor management, productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the Operations Department.
- Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures, information flow, and business processes.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop team members, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Plan, assign, and direct work while conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues.
- Promote employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through effective leadership and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with the director to organize and manage the company budget.
- Ensure the successful execution and delivery of company services and products to customers, maintaining established quality standards.
- Stay current with industry best practices and apply extensive experience and judgment to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with operational concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with budgeting and business process improvement is a plus.
