Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee labor management, productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the Operations Department.
  • Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures, information flow, and business processes.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop team members, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work while conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues.
  • Promote employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through effective leadership and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with the director to organize and manage the company budget.
  • Ensure the successful execution and delivery of company services and products to customers, maintaining established quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and apply extensive experience and judgment to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising, training, and developing employees.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with operational concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with budgeting and business process improvement is a plus.
