Compensation & Schedule
• $18.50/hour or BOE
• Part-time; 4 days/week, 5–7 hours/day/35 hours/week
• W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
The Gift Processing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the fundraising department by ensuring timely and accurate entry of all incoming donations. This position contributes directly to donor satisfaction and organizational transparency, helping maintain the integrity of the client’s philanthropic efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter, record, and update daily gifts and pledges using Raiser’s Edge and ImportOmatic
• Process donations across various payment methods (checks, stock, wires, credit cards) and sources (online, mail, onsite)
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in donor records and financial data
• Provide general administrative support and assist team with additional duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in gift processing or nonprofit/financial data entry role
• Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge (required), ImportOmatic, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and efficiency
