Compensation : $70–80K annually + bonus incentives

Serenity is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all interactions. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and ensuring workflows run efficiently and consistently.
You’ll play a key role in creating a structured, high-performing environment where both team members and clients have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow execution
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while holding them accountable to performance standards
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data to drive improvements
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and supportive experience for every client
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance
- Maintain a structured, organized, and results-driven environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations, management, or people leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage performance, metrics, and process improvement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in service-based operations (hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Background in multi-unit or high-growth environments
- Experience leading teams through change, growth, or scaling operations
Pay & Benefits
- $70–80K annual salary + bonus incentives
