Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Integration & QA Specialist to join our engineering team. This is a hybrid role combining expertise in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, QA Testing, DevOps, and System Integration .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with networking, virtualization, storage systems, backup & recovery solutions, containerized deployments, and deep root cause analysis.

️ Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Integration & System Build

• Lead installation, configuration, and integration of:
  • Physical infrastructure
  • Virtualized systems
  • Enterprise environments
• Deploy and manage:
  • Servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms

Deep Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

• Act as the escalation point for:
  • Complex infrastructure and integration issues
• Perform:
  • Root cause analysis (RCA)
  • System-level troubleshooting across:
    • Network
    • Storage
    • Virtualization
    • Application layers

Networking & Infrastructure Support

• Configure and manage:
  • Physical switches
  • Routing & switching
  • Virtual networking
• Support enterprise:
  • LAN/WAN environments
  • Network troubleshooting

QA & Testing

• Develop and execute:
  • Test plans
  • Regression testing
  • Performance testing
  • Scalability testing
• Create:
  • Test specifications and validation procedures

DevOps & CI/CD

• Manage deployments and CI/CD workflows using:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
• Support:
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Implement and support:
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Work with tools such as:
  • Veeam
  • Cohesity
  • Zerto

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with:
  • Engineering teams
  • QA teams
  • Infrastructure & DevOps teams
• Bridge communication between:
  • Infrastructure and Quality teams
