FP&A Senior Analyst, xScale Investor Reporting

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our xScale Investor Reporting team. This role supports the execution and enhancement of investor and management reporting processes for our joint venture portfolio. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Investor Reporting Senior Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting.
The ideal candidate has strong financial analysis skills, a solid understanding of reporting processes, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global organization. This role provides meaningful exposure to senior leadership, joint venture partners, and strategic reporting initiatives, making it well-suited for someone looking to deepen their expertise and grow into increased ownership over time.
Responsibilities
Investor Reporting
Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reporting packages in coordination with internal stakeholders
Gather, validate, and consolidate financial and operational inputs from Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Billing, Asset Management, and FP&A teams
Perform detailed reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with JV contractual requirements
Support preparation of materials for investor meetings and calls, including schedules, presentations, and supporting analyses
Maintain and organize a centralized repository of investor reporting materials and historical deliverables
Internal Management Reporting
Support xScale FP&A and Finance teams with data analysis and variance explanations for internal dashboards and leadership reporting
Assist in the development and maintenance of management dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reporting packages
Prepare ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making
Process Improvement & Documentation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency within reporting processes
Support automation and standardization efforts related to data collection and reporting outputs
Assist in documenting reporting processes, templates, and standards to support scalability and knowledge sharing
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal finance teams and business partners to ensure timely and accurate data flow
Develop effective working relationships with JV contacts and internal stakeholders
Proactively follow up on deliverables and resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
Experience using SmartView (Oracle PBCS) or similar financial reporting tools required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; financial modeling experience preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes

Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or data center industries is a plus

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
United States - Tampa Office TAO : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
