Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Enter and update patient and medical information accurately into our database systems
- Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Organize and maintain digital files and health records
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Follow company data entry guidelines and quality standards
- Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions
