Network Operations Manager (SD-WAN, Security, Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead and oversee enterprise network services, including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms . This role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure while managing day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, deep technical knowledge of network environments, and a proven ability to manage 24x7 operations in complex enterprise environments .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations , including WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and security platforms.
• Manage daily operations, including incident management, problem resolution, and service availability .
• Act as an escalation point for critical network and infrastructure issues .
• Coordinate and prioritize workloads across network infrastructure and security teams .
• Support key initiatives such as:
  • SD-WAN implementation and optimization
  • Deployment of network monitoring and observability tools (e.g., ThousandEyes, AppDynamics)
  • Security integrations (e.g., NGFW, Secure Workload, identity services)
• Oversee vendor relationships , contracts, and service delivery for network services.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements .
• Participate in change management processes , ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Data Center, Telecom, and Security .
• Provide status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Maintain documentation for network architecture, processes, and operational procedures .
• Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning .

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network operations, including supervisory/management responsibilities .
• Proven experience leading teams, driving performance, and delivering results in complex IT environments .
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN) .
• Experience managing incident response and 24x7 network operations .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams .

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing network teams in large-scale environments.
• Experience with Cisco VoIP solutions (design, implementation, and support) .
• Experience supporting network, voice, and video environments (24x7x365) .
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as ThousandEyes or AppDynamics.
• Experience with network security platforms (NGFW, identity services, etc.).
