Senior Staff Accountant (CONTRACT ROLE) POST NUMBER: 485408
Location: N. Dallas (hybrid)
Pay: $35-$45/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Accounting Consultant. This role requires on-site presence three times per week and offers competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $40 per hour.Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle general ledger accounting including display expertise with month end close.
- Perform detailed accounting tasks, including prepaids, accruals, and journal entries.
- Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in preparing month end close and financial documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various accounting initiatives and projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in major ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $35-$45 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
