- Claim Processing: Review, validate, and submit warranty claims with high precision. This involves verifying eligibility, serial numbers, and proof of purchase for Houston, College Station and Teal locations for stock and non stock items.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, service teams, and vendors regarding claim status and disputes.
- Documentation: Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all claims, communications, and dispositions for audit purposes.
- Logistics & Tracking: Coordinate the return and replacement of defective parts, ensuring they are properly tagged and shipped to the manufacturer if required.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile warranty receivables with payments, resubmitting rejected claims or resolving discrepancies with accounting.
- Data Analysis: Identify recurring product failure trends and report these findings to quality and management teams to drive process improvements.
- Time Collection & Entry: Managing the submission of digital or manual timesheets for a service and project field workforce.
- Verification & Auditing: Reviewing submitted timecards for accuracy, identifying inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies before entry.
- Reporting: Generating recurring reports on Billable and Non-Billable reports as needed for management review
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High School Degree
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field

- One (1) to Five (5) years of Customer Service, Claims Administration and Data Entry experience required.
