Consejero de Inscripcion
Estamos en busqueda de consejeros de inscripción. El consejero brindará servicios de asesoramiento guiando al beneficiario a través del proceso de inscripción y renovación garantizando un servicio de calidad y excelencia.
¿Qué estará haciendo?
- Resposable de atender a consultas de llamadas entrantes y resolver peticiones del cliente como por ejemplo: Dudas y/o reclamaciones de Servicio.
- Proporciona información sobre el PLAN VITAL y sus beneficios.
- Informa a los beneficiarios sobre las opciones disponibles y aclara sus dudas.
- Brindar apoyo por teléfono u otros medios de comunicación (de ser necesario) manejando orientación a las preguntas y quejas del cliente así tomando las medidas adecuadas para la solución de estas.
Tipo de posición: A tiempo completo y temporero- de manera presencial
Salario: $10.50 la hora
