Job Title: Maintenance Technician I
Location: Waxahachie, Texas
Shif t: Full-time
Pay: $22- $27/Hour
Summary/Scope of Role:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting
with and the completion of directed tasks from the Maintenance Manager. This includes
facilities and utilities side of maintenance, light plumbing/electrical/HVAC activities,
compressed air and bulk gases, order/pick-up of parts, and other duties as assigned
under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Taking direction from the Maintenance Manager for assigned daily and weekly
job tasks.
• Performs general building maintenance as directed, such as lamp replacement,
simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors and plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• May be required to assist with construction and installation of systems and
expansion of existing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:• Mechanical experience
• Facility Maintenance experience
Other Key Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to push/pull 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must comply with and meet all pre-employment requisites, including but not
limited to criminal background check prior to start date, and pre-employment
and random drug testing in accordance with Company policy for the duration
of employment
