Digital Media Specialist

Aria Signs & Design is looking for an organized and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, projects, schedules, and content while helping transform our signage work into polished visual stories.

As the Digital Media Specialist, you will coordinate the day-to-day workflow of Aria’s digital media team and work closely with other department leads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photography and video assignments for completed and active projects
• Coordinate with multiple department leads
• Communicate project details, schedules, locations, safety requirements, and shot expectations to the media team
• Lead weekly project briefings and review upcoming assignments with the media team
• Create weekly tentative media schedules and confirm assignments based on project readiness
• Prepare creative briefs, shot lists, project information, and content requirements
• Plan trending content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Aria’s website, portfolios, proposals, and marketing campaigns
• Review submitted photos and videos for quality, brand consistency, accuracy, and completeness
• Manage weekly file transfers and ensure all raw footage, selected media, and edited content are properly organized on Aria’s server
• Manage project deliverables, revisions, and approvals.
• Maintain project folders, media libraries, hard-drive records, naming conventions, and content archives
• Maintain organized records of assignments, content status, approvals, and completed projects

Qualifications

Experience in digital media, content coordination, marketing, social media, project coordination, or a related position
Strong organizational, scheduling, and follow-up skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience organizing digital files, shared drives, project folders, and media libraries
Comfortable reviewing content for composition, lighting, color, branding, and overall quality

We’re looking for someone who can serve as the coordination hub for Aria’s digital media team. The ideal candidate is creative enough to recognize a strong content opportunity, but organized enough to manage schedules, communicate project requirements, track deliverables, and keep the media team moving forward.
