Job Opportunity – General Medicine Provider – Montana

Start Date: Ongoing, PRN basis
Location: Miles City, Havre, Harlem, or Malta, Montana
Compensation: $800 per half-day (4 hours or less) / $1,600 per full-day (5+ hours); One-time bonus of $650 upon completion of training and first exam
Schedule: Flexible PRN schedule; Miles City needs half-day per week, Havre/Harlem/Malta need 2 days per week; Weekends available but not required

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Montana medical license
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine background
• AANP certification required
• Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Own laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
• Willingness to complete DMA training and certification
• Private office space meeting ADA accessibility requirements with required documentation
• NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days)
• ECFMG certificate if international medical graduate
• Local candidates only; must reside within 50 miles of assignment location
