This is a senior -level opportunity to lead complex software projects and define technology strategy at a major player in the energy sector. We are seeking a Software Developer V <\/b> with strong technical leadership capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building enterprise -level solutions in a fast -paced, mission -critical environment.

About the Role <\/b>
<\/h3>

As a Senior Software Developer, you will set the technical direction for enterprise systems while engaging in hands -on development, testing, and debugging. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align software architecture with organizational goals, and you’ll mentor a team of developers, sharing best practices in design and implementation.
<\/p>

This is a 100% on -site role <\/b> based in Houston, TX <\/b> . All candidates must have Endur experience <\/b>—no equivalents will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities <\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging <\/b> of enterprise -grade software solutions
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Set the technical direction <\/b> and architecture for complex projects
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work cross -functionally with senior stakeholders to define technology strategy <\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Mentor and support development teams and junior engineers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in system design and delivery
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate on software deployments and system integrations across the enterprise
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements <\/h3>

    Required Qualifications <\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • 10+ years <\/b> of experience in software development, including enterprise -level project delivery
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Hands -on expertise in <\/b> :
      <\/p>

      • Endur <\/b> (no exceptions or equivalents)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Java <\/b>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Oracle database integration <\/b>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Strong background in software architecture and large -scale system design
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to lead and mentor teams in high -performance environments
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
