Estimator-Multifamily Construction
About the Company:
National Multifamily Developer/Builder is expanding their estimating team in Houston. The company has regional offices across the country. They are well respected, well capitalized with a robust project pipeline. About the Position:The Estimating and Preconstruction department is a fully integrated partnership between construction and development. Due to growth and a robust pipeline, leadership is adding a junior estimator and estimator to their regional team, based in Houston. The work will consist of garden style, podium and wrap style apartment projects. This is a new position born from growth and has tremendous potential. Compensation is commensurate with relevant multifamily experience. Opening is immediate.
Requirements:
1-3 years of construction estimating experience preferably in multifamily construction.
