We are  seeking  a motivated and skilled  Service Technician  near the  Houston  area  to support our growing operations and ensure the reliable performance of customer equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal team members. This role plays a key  part  in upholding company values and  maintaining  strong customer relationships. Â

R equirement s: Â
Must  be located in  or near the  Houston  are a  and  within  a  1-hour  drive o f a majo r airport ( IAH ) Â
Ability to travel 100% Â - Â Monday through Friday, year-round Â
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport; some international travel may be  required Â
Comfortable working in a variety of work environments Â
Ability to  lift up  to 50 lbs . Â
Responsibilities: Â

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and  maintain  electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems related to sheet metal fabrication equipment Â
Provide effective technical  assistance , including repair and warranty support for in-field equipment Â
Deliver phone-based technical support to customers through the in-house Help Desk Â
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure  optimal  equipment performance Â
Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications for installations and repairs Â
Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and electronic/electrical testing instruments Â
Execute equipment installations and provide training to customers during the installation process Â
Collaborate with team members and departments to support organizational growth Â
Assist  with  additional  service-related projects and tasks as needed Â
Qualifications: Â
Previous  experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work preferred Â
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow Â
Ability to work independently while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment Â
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skill s Â
Strong communication  and customer service abilities Â
Intermediate to advanced computer skills Â
Mechanical and electrical experience preferred Â
Roll forming experience preferred Â
