This successful candidate will work towards growing a book of business by providing insurance policies to businesses throughout Oregon. Their responsibilities include assessing client needs, negotiating terms, and offering ongoing support, ultimately aiding businesses in protecting assets and ensuring financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential opportunities and cultivate new business by leveraging leads and referrals
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance plans/policies tailored to their specific needs
• Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, collect comprehensive information and formulate proposals for presentation
• Develop relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee continuous client needs and facilitate renewal processes

• Must have previous commercial lines experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Valid Oregon Property & Causality license (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software applications; AMS360 experience (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development
