We are seeking an experienced Craftsman to join our team in Colleyville, TX. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a wide range of trade experience, especially in plumbing, electrical, and drywall/texture work . If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy solving problems, and want a stable full-time opportunity with no weekend work, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall/texture).
• Troubleshoot and resolve household and commercial maintenance issues.
• Complete drywall installation, finishing, and texture matching.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on job sites.
• Maintain and operate company-provided tools and equipment.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Live within 20 miles of the Colleyville office
• 5+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or related trades
• Experience with minor plumbing repairs
• Experience with minor electrical repairs
• Strong skills in drywall installation, finishing, and texture work

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Painting and/or carpentry experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency using tools, smartphones, and tablets for work orders
• Personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
