Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use innovative techniques to find and engage potential business clients.
  • Sales & Solutions: Present compelling sales proposals emphasizing ADT's security and automation benefits. Demonstrate the value of innovative solutions to protect businesses' people, property, and assets. Sell upgraded products and smart home solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitment fulfillment and gather referrals.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas within a specific territory. Drive revenue growth and support regional business plans.
  • Technical & Market Engagement: Apply technical aptitude to recommend the right security and automation solutions. Adapt quickly to competitive dynamics and evolving customer needs.

  • Strives to deliver a great customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting empathy – no matter what the situation.

  • Strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart business solutions to customers while explaining our products and services in-depth and recommending the right solutions.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.
  • Providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
