Maintenance Engineer
- B.S. preferred or A.S. plus equivalent experience
- Industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Expertise troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls problems to identify root cause of failures to prevent recurrence.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- High understanding of industrial manufacturing utility and infrastructure operations including HVAC, compressed air systems, hot water systems, and chilled water systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate activities between multiple groups, technical, engineering, and production.
- Ability to work safely on the floor in an industrial production environment. (Includes wearing required PPE)
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Problem solving: diagnose failures and develop action plans to fix defects and prevent future ones.
- Risk management: manage risk to the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives.
- Field data analysis: Review field data to look for trends and issues.
- Lifecycle asset management: manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.
- Responsible for making engineering improvements for facility reliability.
