Environmental Project Manager

What You'll Do:

As an Environmental Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple environmental projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, guide field staff, and manage the day-to-day responsibilities that keep projects moving and clients satisfied.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage all phases of assigned projects—planning, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.

• Lead field teams and oversee resource allocation and compliance with safety procedures.

• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and site visits.

• Prepare and review bids, work plans, and required documentation.

• Perform occasional field work, including travel to remote job sites as needed.

• Mentor junior staff and assist in guiding operations with local and regional leadership.

• Ensure timely billing and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices.

• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure ongoing compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in environmental consulting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

• Willingness to travel, work outdoors in varying conditions, and occasionally lift 50 lbs or more.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a project team.
