Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch.

Job Description:
The Corporate Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing overall administrative support for the Corporate Branch offices complex. The Corporate Administrative Assistant provides routine and complex support to different departments and ensures all day-to-day operations are completed in a timely manner. The Corporate Administrative Assistant must be able to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment and meet deadlines.
Job Duties:
- Manage office supplies: restocking and ordering as needed
- Process receipts and expense reports in SAP Concur
- Handle the badging system: order, activate, and deactivate employees' badges
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events
- Schedule vendors and support building maintenance needs
- Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks and as needed
- Manage the Iron Mountain account for document storage
- Order business cards for employees across the company
- Scan documents and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years minimum of office/building management experience
- 3-5 years of basic accounting (G/L codes for coding expense reports)
- Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.
- +2 years of experience working and processing expense reports in SAP Concur
Skills:
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
- Ability to meet all daily and weekly deadlines for all departments.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit at a desk while working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Other Requirements:
- Must pass drug and alcohol screen and all required background checks.
- Must be dependable, willing to work additional hours as required, and be team-oriented.
Salary: Salary to be commensurate with experience.
