You will be an important part of our remote team, helping pet parents navigate our services and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide detailed information about our grooming services, appointment scheduling, pricing, and policies.

• Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Stay informed about new services, promotions, and pet care tips to assist clients effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in pet care or related fields.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

• Genuine passion for pets and understanding of pet care basics.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

• Comfortable using customer support software and digital communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working remotely.

• Knowledge of pet grooming or veterinary services.

• Familiarity with CRM or customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
